Ok…so it started out as a joke but now I think that it could be a fun little northern adventure. Hallock Reunion 2008….July 18, 19, 20th. Street dance outside of the VFW in Kennedy on Friday night. Saturday…..Winnipeg, tubing down the Red River in Red Lake Falls, or Lake Florian…..? We can stay at my house…my parents will be gone for the weekend…or we can camp in my backyard by the river. Who’s in?

So here’s the deal friends…I requested this weekend off of work and I just got it off . But it is also the weekend of my niece Taylor’s family birthday party in Detroit Lakes. So if people are genuinely interested in Hallock Reunion 2008….I need to know because we can/should still make it happen. But I wouldn’t be offended if people don’t want to go… because summer is crazy and it is a long ass drive. I just need to let my family know if I am birthday partyin’ or reunionin’.

Yup. We would have to go on Friday to take in the Kennedy festivities and make the trip worthwhile. Madge wants to go but otherwise I haven’t heard from anyone else. As of right now I am thinking that I will probably be going to Detroit Lakes.
